Why Choose Technic

Detail is not a step. It's the standard.

From the first inspection to final delivery, every part of the process is built around one outcome: a finish you'd trust with your own vehicle.

Precision Installation

Every panel is measured, dry-fit, and installed with a steady hand — no shortcuts, no guesswork.

Premium Self-Healing Film

We install film engineered with a self-healing topcoat that erases light swirls and scratches with heat.

Computer-Cut Patterns

Panel-specific patterns are plotted for your exact make and model — no hand-trimmed edges near your paint.

Clean Indoor Installation

A dust-controlled, temperature-managed bay keeps contaminants out of the film during application.

10-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Backed by the film manufacturer against yellowing, cracking, and delamination for a full decade.

Attention to Detail

Edges are sealed, corners are wrapped, and every install is inspected under dedicated detail lighting.

Fast Turnaround

Most packages are completed in a single day, so you're back behind the wheel without a rental gap.

Customer Satisfaction

We walk every vehicle with you at pickup — if something isn't right, we make it right before you leave.

The Film

Engineered protection, not just a layer of plastic.

We install premium automotive-grade film built for clarity, durability, and long-term performance — not the budget vinyl found at quick-turn shops.

Optically Invisible

A high-clarity topcoat disappears into your factory finish — no haze, no orange peel, no visible edge line.

Self-Healing Topcoat

Minor scratches and swirl marks relax and vanish with warmth, from a summer afternoon to a warm-water rinse.

Impact & Chip Resistant

A urethane layer absorbs highway debris and gravel impacts before they ever reach your paint.

UV & Yellowing Resistant

Engineered topcoat chemistry resists discoloration under years of direct Alberta sun exposure.

Stain & Chemical Resistant

Bug acid, bird droppings, road salt, and fuel splashes wipe away without etching into the film.

Hydrophobic Finish

A slick, low-friction surface sheds water and grime, keeping your finish cleaner for longer between washes.

Our Process

A methodical install, start to finish.

01

Vehicle Inspection

We walk the vehicle panel by panel under detail lighting, noting existing paint condition before any film is cut.

02

Surface Preparation

Panels are decontaminated and clayed so the film bonds to a perfectly clean, residue-free surface.

03

Precision Film Installation

Computer-cut patterns are applied in a controlled bay, wrapped edges, and squeegeed free of any trapped air.

04

Final Quality Inspection

Every edge, seam, and corner is checked in raking light to confirm a factory-clean finish.

05

Delivery & Care Instructions

We walk the finished install with you and cover cure time, washing, and care so the film performs for years.

Testimonials

What driving away looks like.

You genuinely can't tell the film is there until you catch a rock chip that would've been on my hood instead. The seams disappear.

J. Reimer

Porsche 911

Dropped the car off anxious about swirl marks and picked it up looking better than the showroom floor. Worth every dollar.

A. Chow

BMW M3

They walked me through exactly what was covered before touching the car. No upsell pressure, just a clean, honest install.

M. Okafor

Range Rover Sport

Booked the Ultimate package before a road trip through the mountains. Zero chips on the return drive. That's the whole point.

T. Bergevin

Tesla Model 3

The edges are wrapped so cleanly I had to ask where the film actually ends. Best PPF work I've had done on any vehicle.

FAQ

Questions we hear before every install.

Quality PPF is built to perform for 7–10 years with proper care, backed by a manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking, and peeling for the same period.

Yes. The topcoat is engineered to relax back into shape when exposed to heat — light swirls and scratches from washing or debris disappear on a warm day or after a warm-water rinse.

We recommend hand washing after the first 48–72 hours to let the film fully cure. After that, the film handles regular washing — including most touchless car washes — without issue.

No. The film we install uses a UV-stable topcoat specifically formulated to resist yellowing, even after years of direct sun exposure.

Standard and Deluxe packages are typically completed in a single day. Ultimate and full custom coverage can take one to two days depending on the vehicle and scope.

Every installation includes the film manufacturer's warranty covering yellowing, cracking, and delamination, plus our own installation guarantee on workmanship.

If your paint has existing swirls or defects, we recommend correcting it first — the film will preserve whatever condition the paint is in underneath it.

PPF should go directly onto factory or freshly corrected paint. If you want both PPF and ceramic coating, we apply the ceramic coating on top of the film.

Our computer-cut patterns are designed to follow your vehicle's factory body lines so edges sit in natural breaks wherever possible, keeping the install as close to invisible as the panel allows.

Avoid automatic brush car washes, wait the full cure window before washing, and treat the film like your factory paint — regular hand washing keeps it performing for years.
